IPL 2020 Live Score, RR vs RCB Today's match in Dubai: Rajasthan Three Down, Bangalore Fight Back

IPL 2020 Rajasthan Royals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore Live Score & Latest Updates – IPL 2020 RR 108-3 Live Score: Saini is back on the attack and his third over is good, going for just 5. At this point it looks like both hitters are looking to wait for death before letting go.

Advance: The Royal Challengers Bangalore would look to implement their strategy right after the loss to the Kings XI Punjab when they face the Rajasthan Royals in an IPL 2020 match in Dubai on Saturday. Virat Kohli-led RCB have won five of their eight games thanks to their full performances, but made some poor decisions in the eight-wicket loss to KXIP on Thursday.

On the other hand, the Royals’ campaign this season has been marred by numerous high-level collapses, forcing the bottom half to carry them to the finish line.

RCB’s five victories so far include a Super Over win over the Mumbai Indians at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. But against KXIP in Sharjah, AB De Villiers, who has been in good shape, was sent to bat at number six, a puzzling decision by RCB.

Lefties Washington Sundar (13) and Shivam Dube (23) moved up the order to join Captain Kohli in the middle. The experiment did not work as all three batters struggled with the South African scoring just two of five balls.

To add to RCB’s woes, while defending the total, Kohli decided to keep the Sundar in shape for Chris Gayle, who went on to hit in the eighth. That gamble didn’t pay off either, as the 41-year-old Jamaican crushed the young off-spinner by four sixes.

Royals of Rajasthan

The Royals have a solid batting formation. But players like Steve Smith and Sanju Samson have failed to score since the two wins in Sharjah at the start of the tournament.

Jos Buttler hasn’t been able to capitalize on his starts either, scoring just half a century in seven innings. After failing in his first game of the season, Ben Stokes, who has been elevated to the starting role, hit 41 before being eliminated against the Delhi Capitals.

The inaugural season champions have relied on Rahul Tewatia to rescue them from precarious positions and the all-rounder managed to do so twice against KXIP and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively. But he failed against the Capitals when once again the higher order failed in an easy chase.

Jofra Archer heads the Rajasthan bowling unit, along with the spinning duo of Tewatia and Shreyas Gopal, who have consistently featured in an XI that has gone through many changes and cuts.
