Rahul Gandhi to visit his constituency of Lok Sabha in Kerala on October 19

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will pay a three-day visit to his parliamentary constituency in Wayanad, Kerala, from October 19-21.

The main focus of his visit is to review the situation of the coronavirus pandemic in different areas of his constituency. The Congress party in a statement gave details about his scheduled visit.

On the 1st (October 19), Gandhi will take a special flight from Delhi to Kozhikode Airport. You will visit the Malappuram Collector from Kozhikode Airport by road and hold a review meeting on the coronavirus pandemic. After the meeting, he plans to visit the Government Guest House in Kalpetta, where he will spend the night.

On the 2nd (October 20), the former President of Congress will hold a review meeting on COVID-19 at Wayanad Collectorate. You will also hold a Disha meeting at Wayanad Collectorate and then return to Government Guest House in Kalpetta where you will spend the night.

On the last day of his visit (October 21), Gandhi will visit the Mananthawadi District Hospital. After taking stock of the hospital, you will go to Kannur airport, from where you will take a special flight and return to Delhi.

A total of 7,283 new COVID-19 cases and 24 deaths were reported in Kerala on Friday, bringing the total number of active cases to 95,008 in the state. So far, 2,28,998 people have recovered in the state. The total number of virus-related deaths in the state is 1,113 so far.
