Congressional leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra protested today in front of the official residence of Delhi Deputy Governor Anil Baijal, in solidarity with farmers who have been protesting against recently introduced agricultural laws by the central government.

The three contentious laws are the Agricultural Products Trade and Trade (Promotion and Facilitation) Act 2020, the Farmers Agreement (Empowerment and Protection) on Price Guarantee and the Agricultural Services Act 2020 and the Essential Products Act ( Amendment) of 2020.
