Addressing a press conference here, Shah said: “Whenever the issue of Bangladeshis and Rohingya is discussed in Parliament, who is on your side? People know.”

Shah claimed that Hyderabad should free itself from the “Nizam culture”.
“We will free Hyderabad from the ‘Nizam culture’ and work to build a modern city based on democratic principles. We will remove it from dynastic politics without any appeasement,” he said.
Shah said Hyderabad has the potential to become an IT hub. “Infrastructure development must be done by the municipal corporation, although the funds are provided by the State and the Center. The current Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) corporation and Congress is the biggest impediment to this,” he added.
Attacking the TRS ruling, Shah said: “A citizen charter was promised, but no one knows what happened about it. 32,000 water connections were promised, but not provided. Ayushman Yojana was resisted for political reasons. When Hyderabad faced difficulties, where was Prime Minister K Chandrashekar Rao? ”
Shah said he is confident that the mayor of Hyderabad will be from the BJP.
“I want to thank the people of Hyderabad for showing immense support for the BJP. After the tour, I am confident that this time, BJP is not fighting to increase its seats or strengthen its presence, but to win the elections in Hyderabad,” he said. Shah at a press conference after touring at Warasiguda in Secunderabad before Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
Previously, Shah offered prayers at the Bhagyalakshmi Temple in Old City, Hyderabad.
Voting will take place in 150 districts at the GHMC polls on December 1 and the results will be declared on December 4.
In the last GHMC election, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi won in 99 rooms. AIMIM bagged 44, with the remaining seven districts won by other parties and independents.
