Actor and model Poonam Pandey married her fiancé Sam Bombay. The two shared images of their wedding ceremonies on their respective Instagram accounts. Sam Ahamad Bombay, 46, is a film director.
Poonam shared a photo of them in wedding dresses and captioned it: “Here we are waiting seven lives with you.” As Poonam is seen sitting in a chair wearing a navy blue embroidered lehenga with a huge mangtika and kaleere, Sam is in a color-coordinated sherwani as he poses next to her.
She also shared a candid photo from her phera ceremony, with only a heart emoji in the caption. It shows Poonam in a lehenga, with a veil that fails to hide her laughter as Sam embraces her during the ceremony.
Sam had also shared a photo with Poonam on his Instagram account. It’s probably from him mehendi ceremony. While Poonam is seen in a pastel green lehenga with a full-size jacket while showing her henna-decorated hands to the camera, Sam is seen in a black sherwani as he wraps his hands around her while holding a champagne.
The couple had announced their engagement in July. Sam had shared a photo of them showing off their rings and captioned it: “We finally did it!” Poonam had acknowledged his post with the comment, “Better feeling.”

The two were previously booked for a lockdown violation by Marine Drive police in May. According to a report by the Hindustan Times, they were wandering around in their BMW, which was impounded. The two were arrested and later released after notification. A case against the two was registered at Marine Drive Police Station under Articles 188 and 269 of the Indian Penal Code and relevant articles of the National Disaster Management Act.
