Poco’s long-awaited midranger is finally here: say hello to the Poco X3 NFC. Yes, the official name of the phone has near field communication in its name, but it has many other interesting specifications to be commended.
The X3 NFC comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G chipset, making it the world’s first with such a platform, and the company claims it is “the most powerful 4G Snapdragon 700-series processor to date.”
The front panel of the phone is a huge 6.67 ”LCD screen with Full HD + resolution and a screen ratio of 20: 9. It comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sample rate for smooth gaming, and the selfie camera is hidden behind a discreet hole in the top center.
The snapper itself is 20 MP f / 2.2 with some pixel binning technology for better daylight selfies.
The rear cameras are the true X-factor of this midranger. The Poco X3 NFC has a 64 MP main camera with a Sony IMX682 sensor behind the f / 1.73 ”aperture and 6P lens. There’s also a 13 MP f / 2.2 ultra-wide camera with a 119-degree FoV.
The other two cameras are 2 MP f / 2.4, one for close-up shots, the other is a depth sensor to aid portrait photos. Poco brings some AI features like Skyscaping 3.0, mandatory night mode, Video ShootSteady to artificially stabilize any clip.
Little X3 NFC reflects light in real life
Another feature of the Poco X3 NFC that is really exciting is the huge 5,160 mAh battery. It comes with 33W fast charging and ships with the appropriate 33W charger in the box. There is a USB-C port on the bottom and a 3.5mm audio jack on the side.
If you prefer to listen to music on the Poco X3 NFC’s speakers, we hope you do it in your own space. That way, you’ll really appreciate the dual stereo speakers – the earpiece, which acts as a top speaker, comes with a 4cc equivalent cavity, and there’s another on the bottom, 1cc equivalent.

The phone is IP53 compliant for water and dust splashes, has a Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and a “polycarbonate” (read plastic) panel on the back.
The Poco X3 NFC has LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus, which includes a copper heat pipe and graphite foil for effective internal cooling and heat dissipation. The fingerprint scanner is on the side, and it works like a power key.
The Poco X3 NFC will arrive in two memory variants: 6/64 GB and 6/128 GB. It will come in Shadow Gray or Cobalt Blue and will cost just € 229 / € 269. Availability starts tomorrow, September 8, will continue until September 11, and early bird units will be even cheaper: € 199 or € 249, depending storage.
