PM Narendra Modi eats drumstick paratha to boost immunity, here is the recipe

As she talked about her healthy diet, she recalled how her mother used to ask her to eat haldi (turmeric) on a daily basis. While speaking with famous nutritionist and author Rujuta Diwekar, she spoke about her recipe for making drumstick pattratha, which she said she still eats once or twice a week.

According to health experts, the drumstick is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It is an effective vegetable that helps fight the common cold, flu, and several other common infections. Drumstick’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties have been proven to help control symptoms of asthma, cough, and other respiratory problems. In parts of eastern India, such as Bihar, Bengal and Orissa, it is consumed especially during the month of February and March to avoid chicken pox and measeles, which are rampant at this time of year.

At a time when we are looking for natural means to boost our immunity, this paratha can be helpful! Here’s how to do it.
