NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra modi on Tuesday he addressed the 20th annual summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (OCS). The SCO summit takes place virtually due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Modi and Chinese President Jinping Xi met virtually face to face during the summit. The SCO summit took place at a time when India and China, two of the bloc’s members, are embroiled in a tense border confrontation for more than six months in eastern Ladakh.
