Plants for SSR: Mukesh Chhabra plants a young tree to fulfill one of Sushant Singh Rajput’s 50 dreams – bollywood


Mukesh Chhabra, a friend of the late Sushant Singh Rajput and director of his latest film Dil Bechara, joined the ‘Plants for RSS’ movement and planted a sapling in his memory on Sunday. The movement was started by Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, and her fans.

Sharing a photo on Instagram to show a glimpse of the sapling he planted in the late actor’s memory, Mukesh wrote, “Bhai # plant4ssr # plants4ssr,” along with a heart emoji.

Shweta is also running several other campaigns in memory of his brother, including # FeedFood4SSR and Flag4SSR.

Shweta had recently shared a video about Sushant’s dream of planting 1,000 trees. This was the eleventh of his 50 dreams written by the actor who he had titled ’50 Dream List’ and shared on social media last year. This included learning to fly an airplane, training for the IronMan triathlon, playing a game of left hand cricket, learning morse code, helping children learn about space, playing tennis with a champion, and doing push-ups. palms.

13 days after his death, his family had issued a statement to announce a trust in his name. They announced that his childhood home in Rajiv Nagar, Patna will become a monument that will hold his personal memories and belongings, including thousands of his books, his telescope, his flight simulator, etc., for his fans and admirers. They have also created the Sushant Singh Rajput Foundation (SSRF) to honor his legacy and support young talents in areas close to their hearts: film, science and sports.

More than a month after his death, Sushant’s father, KK Singh, filed an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her relatives, accusing them of complicity in suicide. Rhea is currently in court custody in a drug case related to the actor’s death.
