There are 17 additional documents pending for students in northeast Delhi whose exams were postponed due to violence in February. That includes six pending documents for class 10 students and 11 pending documents for class 12 students.
CBSE is expected to release a detailed schedule for the tests later Friday night, Mr. Nishank said, noting that students have been eagerly awaiting information on the rescheduled dates.
Classes and exams were suspended on March 16 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The country is now under closure, at least until May 17. It is not clear when the reopening of educational institutions will be allowed.
