Actress Payal Ghosh recently accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual harassment. Her claims were supported by Kangana Ranaut, who also shared her struggles in Bollywood. Payal has taken to his Twitter account to thank the ‘Manikarnika’ actress for her support. Expressing her gratitude towards Kangana Ranaut, Payal wrote: ‘Thank you so much for your support @KanganaTeam. It’s about time and your support means a lot. We are women and together we can take them all down. ”

After being silent for more than six years, Payal recently spoke about the incident she claims happened in 2014, where Anurag Kashyap sexually abused her.

She soon found support from Kangana Ranaut, who shared her journey and experience in Bollywood. She tweeted saying: ‘Bullywood is full of sexual predators who have fake and fictitious marriages, they hope a new hot young lady will make them happy every day, they also do the same with vulnerable young men, I have fixed my scores my way’ No I need #MeToo, but most girls do it #PayalGhosh #AnuragKashyap ‘

He elaborated further and added: ‘What #PayalGhosh says that many great heroes have done this to me too, they suddenly show their genitals after closing the door of the van or room or at a party during a friendly dance in the dance floor and stick his tongue in his mouth, make an appointment to work and go home, but he forces you to leave.

Anurag Kashyap, who denied all the allegations made against him, announced on Twitter that he was asked to remain silent on the matter.
