In his interview, he has said that they are separated but not officially divorced. He has said that Pavitra Punia cheated on him four times during the course of their marriage relationship. He said he had relationships with Paras Chhabra, Pratik Sehajpal and one more guy who is not from the industry. Sumit said she forgave her all the time.
