Panjab University offers a 5% fee waiver: The Tribune India

Panjab University Vice Chancellor Professor Raj Kumar, in anticipation of Union approval, has approved a 5% fee waiver on all courses for all students at the university and its regional centers for the current semester.

To facilitate payment, all students can deposit the amount of the course in four equal installments, instead of two. An adjustment will be made in the next installment in the case of students, who have paid the full fee. In addition, a 100% fee concession has been awarded to students with physical disabilities. As a special measure, the SAT award will be extended to students in traditional courses.

The grants offered go beyond different types of grants / scholarships / schemes involving an amount of Rs5 crore already offered by the university. Meanwhile, the Department of Economics initiated the admissions process for BA (Hons) in the economics program under the choice-based credit system for the 2020-21 session. On the first list, the admission limit in the open category was a record 99.14 percent.
