Pakistan Summons Charge d’Affaires of India over Kashmir issue


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan summoned the Chargé d’affaires of India Tuesday to protest the Kashmir issue.
The Foreign Ministry in a statement said that the Indian diplomat was summoned to register “loud protest” about him “Kashmir Black Day“.
He demanded that India rescind its “unilateral” action “to withdraw Jammu and Kashmir’s special status and divide it into two union territories: Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
Pakistan has tried unsuccessfully to gain international support against India to withdraw Jammu and Kashmir’s special status on August 5 last year and divide it into two union territories.
India has categorically told the international community that the removal of Article 370 of the Constitution was an internal matter. He also advised Pakistan to accept reality and stop all anti-Indian propaganda.
