Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh on Saturday accused Pakistan of trying to infiltrate terrorists in J&K. The DGP also said that Pakistan is trying to promote terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir by providing support to terrorist groups.
“Pakistan is trying to promote terrorism in every possible way in Jammu and Kashmir by providing full support to terrorist groups. We will deal with drug dealers strictly, ”said Jammu and Kashmir CEO Dilbag Singh, quoted by ANI.
While addressing the media on Saturday, DGP Dilbag Singh also claimed Pakistan’s involvement in financing terrorism. “Pakistan is using narco-terrorism to finance terrorism,” he further said.
Singh criticized Pakistan for trying to disturb the peace in Jammu and Kashmir and launching weapons via drones. “Pakistan is trying to disturb the peace in J&K by using drones to launch weapons. They are also trying to infiltrate terrorists, ”he said.
The Jammu and Kashmir DGP assured that the forces have been able to take swift action against Pakistan’s attempts to infiltrate weapons.
“Dropping weapons with drones is a challenge, but we have been able to restrict such acts and have had some success,” Singh said, according to ANI.
