‘Out of Control’: Kangana Ranaut, beaten by Jaya Bachchan, receives it from Sena again

The back and forth between Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena shows no sign of disappearing. A day after the actor took a farewell shot on the Shiv Sena as he headed back to Manali in Himachal Pradesh, the Shiv Sena responded with a veiled comment to the actor in an editorial by his Saamana spokesman, saying that people in social media seemed to be ‘out of control’.

Saamana’s editorial asked if those “seemingly out of control on social media” will show some maturity, a veiled reference to the outspoken actor.

Social media is being systematically used to show Mumbai and Maharashtra in low light, the party spokesman Saamana’s editorial said, adding that no field is left untouched by “social media gossip.”

“Most of the people active on social media are not responsible. Will those who are seemingly out of control on social media show some maturity? ” He said.

Sena’s coup against Kangana Ranaut comes a day after the actor tweeted that he was “leaving” Mumbai and repeated his comment comparing Mumbai to Pakistani-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

“With heavy heart leaving Mumbai, the way I have been terrified all these days constant attacks and abuse that launched attempts to break my house after my workplace, alert security with lethal weapons around me, I must say my analogy about POK was explosive, ”he tweeted Monday.

The Sena editorial added that social media is being systematically used to bring Mumbai and Maharashtra into a bad light and only someone opposes these comments, people allege that their freedom of expression is being restricted.

“Today there is no field that is not on the fringes of gossip on social networks. There is also no restriction in the field or restriction on responsibility … Many in government positions have restrictions to react to wrong accusations, but those who create chaos through social networks must not take advantage of themselves, ”he said.

The 33-year-old actor has been involved in a bitter war of words with Shiv Sena, the ruler of Maharashtra, for his comments on the PoK that stemmed from the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, run by the Seine, discovered unauthorized constructions at Ranaut’s office in Mumbai and demolished most of them. Ranaut obtained a suspension from the Bombay High Court, but the municipal body had removed parts that it claimed were not authorized.

Actor and Rajya Sabha member Jaya Bachchan had gotten into the ongoing dispute over the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the drug-related investigation in the case. “People in the entertainment industry are being whipped by social media. People who made a name for themselves in the industry have called it a gutter. I completely disagree. I hope the government will tell those people not to use this kind of language, ”Jaya told the Rajya Sabha during Zero Hour.

Actor Kangana Ranaut had previously called the film industry a ‘gutter’ and claimed that 99% of the people who work in it have been exposed to drugs. Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend and her brother Showik are among those arrested by the Bureau of Narcotics Control in the drug-related case.
