On Sushant’s link to Akshay Kumar-backed FAU-G game, court approves restraining order


GOQii Technologies Private Limited and Studio nCore Private Limited, the creators of FAU-G (Fearless and United Guard) have been relieved to link the upcoming game with Sushant Singh Rajput. A civil court in Mumbai approved a restraining order for unknown persons not to share posts, tweets and videos claiming the game was the brainchild of the late actor. The creator reacted to the news with delight when they attacked the ‘conspiracy theories’ carried out by ‘malefactors’.

The creators of FAU-G issue statement

The company issued a statement and expressed its “great relief and happiness” at the restriction of “antisocial elements” from “spreading false and defamatory tweets, videos and messages on social media.” His plea in court was about the ‘fake news’ about Sushant also conceptualizing a smartwatch, which is used for the management of COVID-19, in addition to the FAU-G game.

“We will prosecute those criminals / antisocial elements in support of the criminal complaint already filed with the police authorities,” the statement read, warning of the action for “committing criminal contempt of court.”

The company had also released a statement earlier, emphasizing that the game was not related to Sushant Singh Rajput:

The FAU-G game had been announced by Akshay Kumar, a day after the uproar by the Indian government banning PUBG and other China-linked apps over security concerns. Akshay also stated that 20 percent of the proceeds will be donated to his Bharat Ke Veer initiative, a social assistance fund for the families of the Armed Forces.
