NTA UGC NET Admission Card 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the admission cards for the UGC NET exams that will take place today from September 29 to October 1 on its official website: nta.ac.in or ugcnet.nta.nic.in . The exams have been forked to run over several days to allow for social distancing during exams.

Meanwhile, the UGC NET exams have started today, September 24th and will run until November 13th. The NTA has published a revised schedule for the exams. Those who pass UGC NET will be eligible to apply for the teaching job. Those in the top six percent of the candidates will be eligible for the junior research scholarship, per the rules.

Candidates are required to bring the admission card to their exam room. Students must also wear masks and bring their own hand sanitizer to the exam, per the rules. Candidates and their companions must uphold the rules of social distancing both inside (for candidates) and outside the test center, according to the NTA rules. The usual rules, including not wearing any communication device, metal device, or metal ornament inside the exam room, remain in effect.

The exam will be done in computer mode. The test will consist of two works. Both papers will have an objective type, multiple choice questions. There will be no pauses between papers. Students will have three hours to answer 150 questions. The score assigned to the exam will be 300. Each question will be two points, with no negative score for an incorrect answer.

From the June 2020 cycle onwards, selection for various government scholarships, including the National Scholarship for Scheduled Students (NFSS), the National Scholarship for Other Retrograde Classes, and the Maulana Azad National Scholarship for Minority candidates, will be made at through UGC-NET.
