When the owner says that the name has been in the family because his ancestors were from Karachi, Nandgaonkar can be heard saying, “You can name the store however you want. You can name it after your ancestors, but not after Karachi. You have to change it. Write the name in Marathi and change it on the sign and in the store registration documents. The name Karachi or anything related to Pakistan will not be used in Mumbai since it is a country full of terrorists. ”

When the owner tries to explain that the store currently has nothing to do with Pakistan, Nandgaonkar tells him that he is willing to give him as much time as he wants to make changes, but that he has to do it as soon as possible. . “I’ll go buy food from your house myself once you change the name to something Marathi,” the leader can be heard saying.
