Union Minister Nitin Gadkari tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday. Gadkari had attended the monsoon session of Parliament on Monday and sat in the front row for a brief moment.
The minister has isolated himself and has asked everyone who has contacted him to follow the required protocols.
After feeling weak on Tuesday, Gadkari consulted her doctor about her health. During the medical check-up, the minister tested positive for Covid-19.

“Right now I’m doing well with everyone’s blessings and good wishes. I have isolated myself, ”Gadkari wrote on Twitter.
Gadkari is the second minister this week to test positive for coronavirus. Earlier this week, on Monday, Delhi’s Senior Deputy Minister Manish Sisodia had informed everyone that he had tested positive for Covid and isolated himself.
“Right now there is no fever or any other complications. I am completely fine. With your good wishes and blessings, I’ll be back to work soon, ”Sisodia wrote on Twitter in Hindi.
