Pooran just produced one of the biggest fielding saves I’ve ever seen. That was almost two yards over the rope and pulling it back … Wow! Where will this field standard take us?

Mayank Agarwal also pulled off another impressive save at the edge when he stopped the ball from crossing the rope with a one-handed effort.
Earlier, hitting first, Kings XI Punjab had amassed a whopping 223-2 total in 20 overs. KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal added 183 runs in 16.3 overs for the opening wicket. Agarwal went on to score 106 on 50 balls, including 10 fours and 7 limits. Rahul hit 69 on 54 balls on his hit, including 7 fours and one six.
The Rajasthan Royals got off to an explosive start when Steve Smith scored 50 on 27 balls before exiting Jimmy Neesham’s bowling alley. Sanju Samson also played another impressive 85.41-ball hit. He hit seven sixes and four limits on his stroke and seemed to snatch what appeared to be an impossible victory. Along with Smith, he also added 81 runs for the second wicket in 6.4 overs after Jos Buttler left early.
Rahul Tewatia beat Sheldon Cottrell for four five sixes in the 18th when his team needed to score 16 runs apiece to win the game. His explosive over meant the Rajasthan Royals needed to score just 21 runs in the last two over. He made 53 on 31 balls, including seven sixes.
Mohammed Shami collected two wickets but conceded 53 runs in four overs for Kings XIO Punjab.
This was the highest prosecution in IPL history.
