Addressing his monthly Mann Ki Baat radio show, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised New Zealand MP Gaurav Sharma for taking the oath recently in Sanskrit and said his action filled the hearts of Indians with pride.
“Recently, a New Zealand MP Gaurav Sharma took the oath in Sanskrit. The spread of our language, one of the oldest in the world, fills our hearts with pride. I want to congratulate him through this platform and wish him good luck in his tenure, ”said the prime minister.

Indian culture and scriptures have always been a center of attraction for the whole world and people who came to visit our country returned to theirs as ambassadors of Indian culture, said Prime Minister Modi, adding that he recently met the Jonas work. Masetti, who gives lessons on Vedanta and Geeta to people in Brazil.
“I got to know the work of Jonas Masetti, also known as ‘Vishvanath’. Jonas gives lessons on Vedanta & Geeta in Brazil. He runs an organization called ‘Vishvavidya’ which is located in the hills of Petropolis, an hour from the driver of Rio de Janeiro, “said Prime Minister Modi.
