We’ve already seen quite a few OnePlus 9 series leaks recently, allegedly revealing designs and specs. We haven’t seen a lot of battery / charge leaks, but this latest report may have revealed a couple of key features.
91mobiles We got two images from a “trusted source”, apparently showing the basic OnePlus 9. We don’t see the phone well, but we do see a perforated cutout and what looks like a flat screen.
Take a closer look at the two images, though, and you’ll also see references to wireless charging and reverse wireless charging capabilities. OnePlus previously brought both features to the OnePlus 8 Pro, but this would be the first time that the standard variant gets it too.
the 91mobiles The source claims that the OnePlus 9 will offer 30W wireless charging and 65W wired charging as well, adding that it will include a 4,500mAh battery. This means that we could get a slightly larger battery than the OnePlus 8’s 4,300 mAh pack. We assume the OnePlus 9 Pro will get faster wired and wireless charging speeds if this is what the standard model has.
