The University Scholarship Commission (UGC) has issued guidelines for the opening of universities and colleges. He has said that universities must ensure that no more than 50 percent of all students are present at any one time.

Governor RBI recovers from COVID-19
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das said on Saturday that he has turned negative for the coronavirus and will join the post next week. Das tested positive for COVID-19 on October 25. “I have tested negative for COVID-19. I will return to power next week.
