According to people at NCB headquarters, Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik was arrested on Friday. You will not be allowed to go home as the process is underway in Mumbai. It will be presented in court on September 5 (Saturday). The papers are being prepared and the arrest memos will be delivered in two hours.

According to sources, Showik Chakraborty is unlikely to be arrested today. Reportedly, he will be questioned until 6 p.m.
Samuel Miranda, a close associate of the late actor Sushant SIngh Rajput, will also not be arrested today, according to sources.
Summons will be issued to both for the NCB to question them.

Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik met drug dealer Basit Parihar at a soccer club in Mumbai. According to sources, Basit visited Showik’s home on a regular basis and had been in contact with him for the past two years. He was known to the Showik family.

No drugs were seized from Showik’s home, however the OCN has seized some newspapers. Showik said he will go to the NCB for the investigation, the sources said.
NCB conducted raids after receiving drug presence supplies at Showik’s home. According to sources.
Showik indulged in drug trafficking until 2 days ago. He uses drugs on a daily basis, according to sources.
