NASA shared an image of what the snow-covered Himalayas look like from space and it is widely shared on social media. Shared from NASA’s official Instagram identifier, the image also captured the bright lights of the city of New Delhi and Lahore.

The long-exposure enhanced image was reportedly taken by one of the crew members of the International Space Station (ISS).

“The snow capped Himalayan mountains look splendid in this enhanced long exposure image taken by a crew member aboard @iss,” the post read.
