Realme leaves no stones unturned when it comes to its line of smartphones on the market. The recently launched X50m will speak for itself. Now, a recent Weibo post has unveiled a mysterious Realme smartphone that could possibly be the company’s first gaming phone.
A Weibo post from Digital Chat Station showed a mysterious Realme smartphone with design language never seen before. The device in the limelight could be the prototype of an unreleased Realme smartphone. The post reveals two images with one showing the phone in all its glory. The phone appears to be glossy black with a kevlar finish on the back. The fuselage of the phone has a long stripe in the center. This design is not new to the industry as we have already seen in Oppo’s Reno smartphone series. There is a Realme logo in the center of the device.
At the top, there appears to be an alleged four-camera setup, but only three sensors are visible in the image. The first one is bigger and could be the main camera setup. Unfortunately, other details are pretty grim right now. There is a flashlight on the side of the camera array.
Realme has been flooding the market with iconic and mid-range phones this year. He had previously said that he would launch 5 5G smartphones in 2020 and, according to the claim, this phone could house the latest specs like Snapdragon 865 with 5G, UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM, but we don’t have any information as of now. The design seems to reflect that this could be Realme’s most ambitious project and that we just have to wait and see in the future.
The publication further questions the possibility that it is a new series of smartphone games and the probability is greater since Realme has not yet ventured into the field of games and there is a considerable market for it. One thing to note is that this could be a prototype and not even hit the stage in the future, as has been the case with many leaked smartphones. Therefore, we have to take this with a grain of salt.
