NEW DELHI: Professional Examination Board, Bhopal has released the Admission Card for the 2020 Pre-Agriculture Test (PAT).

Candidates who have applied for the pre-agriculture test can download their admission card through the candidate’s login on the official website: http://peb.mp.gov.in/.

PEB will implement social distancing measures in accordance with Government of India guidelines in the current Covid-19 scenario to ensure the health and safety of candidates. Appropriate measures are in place for everyone’s safety without compromising high standards, sanctity, and fairness in the conduct of the exam.

Candidates must adhere to the guidelines and the new hygiene and social distancing process to ensure the safety and health of their own candidates and their peers.

For security reasons, PEB strongly advises candidates not to bring anything other than permitted items. However, in the event of an unavoidable situation, there will be an arrangement to store the bags in the centers at the owner’s risk.

A downloaded hard copy of the Test Admission Card is required to enter the Exam Center. The candidate will not be allowed to enter the Test Center after Report Time.

Candidate must bring original photo ID to enter the Exam Center (per rule book). The E-Aadhar card will be valid only if the UIDAI verifies it.

The candidate must compulsorily paste the photo certified by himself in the second part of the test admission card.


Preparation in the center

1. Standard operating procedures are being implemented to implement safety precautions and to maintain the required standard of hygiene.

2. Before each shift begins (and after the candidate’s last shift), the seating area will be thoroughly disinfected: monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk, and chair. All door handles, stair railings, elevator buttons, etc. will be disinfected. Wheelchairs (if present on site) will be disinfected.

3. The space between 2 seats will be maintained according to GOI guidelines.

4. Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance and within the exam site at various locations for use by candidates and facility staff.

5. Rough sheets will be kept on all desks prior to commencement of examination by gloved proctors to ensure hygiene.

6. It ensures that all processes are free of contact to guarantee the rules of Social Distancing.

7. Candidate to arrive at the center according to the time of Entry / Entry to the Center indicated on the Admission Card to avoid crowds in the center at the time of entry and to maintain social distancing.

Pre-exam preparation

1. The candidate should check the reporting / entry time at the center indicated on the admission card and arrive at the center according to the reporting time only to avoid crowds at the center at the time of entry and to maintain social distancing.

2. In the case of a candidate with a scribe, both the candidate and the scribe must bring their own mask. Candidates will be allowed to bring only certain items to the venue:

• Documents related to the exam (admission card, ID card, etc. See the admission card for more details)

• A simple transparent pen

• Additional photograph, to stick on the attendance sheet

• Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)

• Personal clear water bottle

At the time of entry

1. Candidates must maintain a space of at least 6 feet from each other at all times. Row / rope manager and floor markings will be placed off center, follow directions provided by center staff.

2. The lab number will not be displayed off-center to avoid crowding anywhere in any situation.

3. Candidates must disinfect their hands by washing with soap and hand sanitizer before entering the center. Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations throughout the center.

4. The candidate must bring the admission card duly completed according to the instructions.

5. At the time of entry, the completed Pledge on the Admission Card and body temperature (using Thermo Guns) will be verified and the center staff will guide you to the respective laboratories after scanning the barcode on the Registration Card. admission. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions provided by the center staff.

6. Please note that no one will be denied permission to take the exam until they violate the government (central / state) Covid-19 directives / warnings applicable on the day of the exam and the instructions mentioned on the admission card.

Counseling for Candidates on Covid-19


During the exam

1. Five A4 size sheets will be kept on each candidate’s desk for the candidate to use for groundwork. If the candidate needs additional sheets for preliminary work, they will be available upon request.

2. Before each shift begins (and after the candidate’s last shift), the seating area will be completely disinfected: monitor keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk, and chair. Candidates can further disinfect the same with disinfectants that will be available in the exam lab / room / hall.

3. Candidates are required to sign on the Attendance sheet after sanitizing their hands with sanitizer.

After the exam

1. At the end of a shift, candidates may move in in an orderly manner, one candidate at a time. Wait for the supervisor’s instructions and do not get up from your seat until instructed to do so.

2. The candidate must leave the admission card and the blank sheets in the boxes indicated after showing them to the available staff next to the box. If any candidate does not drop the admission card or the blanks in the boxes, an action (which also includes disqualification from the exam) can be taken against them.
