The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will be able to run its screen at 1440p and 120Hz, thanks to a new panel with LTPO support.
Samsung’s January entry flagship headline is said to have exclusive dibs in 1440p / 120Hz mode, supposedly leaving the Galaxy S21 and S21 + to run at 1080p / 120Hz or 1440p / 60Hz.
The other rumor comes up a second time: the Galaxy S21 Ultra will use an updated 108MP HM3 sensor, which is supposed to be 12% more sensitive to light. Samsung is said to skip the 3D time-of-flight sensor in conjunction with the 108MP main camera and will instead use laser-assisted autofocus, as on the Galaxy Note20 Ultra.

Finally, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will support a 45W load and have pretty much the same bezels around the screen. The Galaxy S20 Ultra has a slightly thicker bottom bezel and a 25W max load.
