NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi hinted on Wednesday that the LJP led by Chirag Paswan is not part of the NDA alliance in Bihar.
“The NDA in Bihar includes BJP, JD (U), VIP and HAM,” Prime Minister Modi said at an election rally in Darbhanga. Although the prime minister did not say that LJP was not part of the NDA, his omission was obvious.
Chirag Paswan has withdrawn from the NDA in Bihar promising to oust Nitish Kumar from power.

The prime minister also criticized the Ayodhya issue at the election rally. “Those who mocked us for the delay in the construction of the Ram temple are now applauding,” Prime Minister Modi said.
