Several users in India are reportedly facing issues with Microsoft Outlook and 365 services. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and said “the engineering team is aware and is actively investigating.”
Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 not working for some users in India
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 are down for some users in India. Several users tweeted about the problem by tagging the Microsoft Outlook Twitter handle and the company has acknowledged the problem. However, Downdetector shows that the problem is mainly limited to fewer than 1,000 people worldwide.
To update: “Our engineers are addressing an issue that affected some Microsoft 365 services. Services are beginning to improve as a result of the measures we have implemented,” a Microsoft spokesperson told Times Now.
Looking at the flow of tweets and other platforms, Microsoft Outlook seems to be mainly affected by the disruption in India. The Microsoft Outlook team is responding on Twitter with a generic tweet that reads, “Thank you for reporting this to us, the engineering team is aware and actively investigating. More information can be found in the admin center under EX223208. We are sorry for the inconvenience. .. “
At the time of writing the story, most people reported problems logging in and website related errors. Some users stated that they were having trouble receiving emails.
