Mumbai Indians: Unchanged
CAPTAIN TAKING:
DAVID WARNER (SUNRISERS HYDERABAD):
He definitely would have hit as well. Exactly the same thing Rohit said in the way our team is formed, we trust our players to defend. We’ve seen some high totals here, but it also gives players a chance to pinch a couple of terrains. I think Bhuvi is a great loss to us. It’s about making sure the bowlers communicate and play in partnership again. We have to get it right here today. I always had confidence in those (young) guys and we were lucky that they had some time in between. It is always a challenge for these youngsters to arrive with 3-4 overs ahead and there are many people who criticize them. Sandeep Sharma enters, Khaleel is also outside and the others change.
ROHIT SHARMA (MUMBAI INDIANS):
We will hit first. It’s been our strength, so we’re going to back that up. It’s a good pitch and as long as you play cricket well, pitch doesn’t really matter. Yes, but to be honest, the game against KKR was also a perfect game. We put runs on the board and we defended very well. We have a quality bowling line, so we stand behind each other to go out and put races on the table. We have seen few games here, you have to believe and trust your instincts when playing on terrains like these. We know it’s a small field, but it also gives bowlers a chance knowing that hitters will chase them. We play against the same team.
PLAYING XI:
Hyderabad Sunrises:
