National Eligibility with Proof of Income, NEET Counseling 2020 The Round 1 seat assignment result for 15% quota for all of India will be released today, November 5, 2020. The online registration process will be started on October 28, 2020 and closed on November 2, 2020. The Choice Locking closed on November 4, 2020 at 8pm on the official website. The result of Round 1 seating assignments for core universities, including AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, AFMC, and other state government universities, will be posted today at mcc.nic.in.

Based on the candidates’ options, as well as the ranks of NEETs from across India, as assigned by the NTA, seat assignments would be made. Candidates will be asked to verify their documents. This year, due to the COVID19 pandemic and the resulting lockdowns, several universities are completing the online admissions process. Therefore, it is important that students visit the website of the respective assigned university to verify the admissions process after assignment. The steps to verify the result online and the documents required for verification and admission are listed below.

  1. Visit the official MCC site at mcc.nic.in.
  2. Click on the NEET Counseling 2020 Round 1 list available on the official site.
  3. The Round 1 roster would open where candidates can check their results.
  4. Download the page and keep a printed copy of it for future needs.

NEET Counseling 2020 Round 1 Outcome: Required Document

Candidates reporting from tomorrow should know the required documents at the time or report.

  1. High School and Middle School Report Cards
  2. High School and Middle School Pass Certificate
  3. Proof of identity
  4. Birth certificate
  5. Category certificate (if applicable)
  6. Passport size photograph (six)
  7. 2020 NEET admission card issued by NTA
  8. NEET 2020 rank card,
  9. Interim Assignment Letter, which would be available at mcc.nic.in.

MCC officials will verify each document and move forward with the process. Once the document verification is done, candidates are eligible for the admissions round that includes payment of college fees and other processes.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra will begin admission to medical schools for UG and dentistry courses from November 6. This year’s document verification process would be done at the time of admission and not before due to the confusion created by the implementation of the Maratha quota in the state.
