All major exams taken across India including CBSE Board exams for Classes 10 and 12, Engineering Entrance Test, Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2021), Medical Entrance Exam , the National Eligibility Income Test (NEET 2021), and various state board exams. affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Students have been pushing for all of these exams to be postponed until June, citing a lack of physical classes, training and availability of time to prepare. The government had considered all the applications and published schedules for some of the exams nationwide.

JEE Main 2021

In a revolutionary move, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced four attempts for JEE Main 2021 in February, March, April, and May. The first attempt will be from February 23 to 26 and the last date to request it is January 16. Changes have been made to the question document where JEE lead candidates must attempt 75 questions out of a total of 90 questions. The document will be produced in 11 regional languages. Dates of subsequent attempts will be announced later. The option of four attempts has only been given to Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and BTech candidates.




Advanced JEE 2021

The dates for JEE Advanced 2021 will be announced on January 7 in a live discussion with the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’. It will also announce the admissions procedure in various Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) during the same discussion. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, qualified candidates for JEE Main 2020 who were unable to apply for JEE Advanced 2020 will have the opportunity to directly apply for JEE Advanced 2021 without reappearing for JEE Main 2021.

CBSE Board Exam 2021

Board exams for classes 10 and 12 have been postponed until May 4. Students had previously requested to cancel practical exams due to a lack of physical classes last year, although the government has announced that schools can start practical exams from March 1. and continue until the beginning of the theoretical articles. The CBSE board exam date sheets for classes 10 and 12 have not yet been released. The government has also reduced the CBSE 2021 board curriculum by 30 percent to release some burden.

NEET 2021

The Ministry of Education has not given clarity regarding the medical entrance exam, National Eligibility Entrance Exam (NEET) 2021. MBBS applicants have been requesting the dates and two attempts for the NEET entrance exam like JEE Main 2021. The dates and times for NEET 2021 are expected to be released by the
Medical Advisory Committee (MCC) in conjunction with the NEET curriculum.
