Maharashtra on Tuesday reported its highest of the day of recovery of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) of patients, and 1,202 were discharged from various hospitals throughout the state.
The rate of recovery in the state is 25.95% and 9,639 people have been discharged to date.

State health minister Rajesh Tope took the heart of the impressive rate of recovery, and asked the public to Covid-19 is a curable disease if patients are treated on time.
“The greatest number of people was discharged on Tuesday. Around 10,000 people have been discharged so far. The recovery rate is around 26%. There is nothing to worry about, even if you test Covid-19 positive,” the minister said that the audience in Facebook interaction in Live on Tuesday night.

State department of health officials have attributed the increase in the number of patients recovered to the review of the discharge protocol.
The new policy, which was announced last Friday, said that patients who are mild, very mild or without symptoms may be discharged after 10 days of hospitals and if they are not running the body’s temperature during three consecutive days. A patient is advised to stay in isolation at home for seven days after being discharged from a hospital.
