The BJP and Congress are locked in a bitter fight ahead of the by-elections for the assembly seats on November 3.

Congressional leader Kamal Nath said that from the way Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan acts, even Bollywood actors such as Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan “will feel the heat.”
At a campaign rally in Bamori in Madhya Pradesh’s Guna district today, Mr. Nath said: “He was previously known as Mama. But from the way he acts, even actors like Salman and Shahrukh will feel the heat. If he (Shivraj Singh Chouhan) is going to Mumbai, these superstars will be in his shadow, “said Nath.
The BJP and Congress are locked in a bitter fight ahead of the 28-seat by-election in the Assembly scheduled for November 3.
Mr Nath was campaigning for the BJP-turned-congressman KL Agrawal, who is up against the congressman-turned-BJP leader, Mahendra Singh Sisodia.
He said his 15-month government had given up on farmers’ loans, criticized adulterers of food and milk and capped the energy bills of various sectors of society at 100 rupees.
However, he said, the BJP plotted to overthrow his government and urged the electorate to teach the ruling party a lesson about by-elections.
The congressional leader also assured guest teachers that they would be provided employment.
