From time to time, Amitabh Bachchan shares his thoughts on fashion trends past and present. Having spent 51 years in Bollywood, Bachchan has seen fashion trends come and go and even come back. Late Monday night, she chose the flare sleeves theme for a laugh. Flared sleeves, combined with flared pants, were all the rage in the 1970s. Mr Bachchan, who made his Bollywood debut with the 1971 film Saat Hindustani, took a trip down memory lane and snapped a black and white photo of himself sporting the flare sleeve trend. The 78-year-old actor added this ROFL caption to his post: “When it wasn’t enough to wear flared pants … but flared sleeves too.”
In response to a user who asked when exactly the photo was clicked, Bachchan said: “Jab phaile hui patloon aur phaili huia aastinein hua karti thein. “LOL.
Bachchan once wrote about regretting his decision to ditch his old retro sunglasses. In his tweet, he explained why: “Never get rid of your old sunbursts (I did all mine). They all repeat themselves in time … This photo was in the 70s and I see a lot of similar looks in fashion now, particularly about my dear friend and superstar Ranveer Singh. “

Last year, Big B wrote about a certain sea creature who did not approve of his bathing suit and t-shirt. Later, he told Shah Rukh Khan on a talk show: “I made a big mistake in posting the photo. When I went to Mauritius for the first time, I went swimming and there was a person who took this photo of me.”
