Lavrov flagged “international terrorism” as a “threat” and said efforts to counter it continue with a degree of success, although it is clear that this threat is far from being eliminated. “I would like to use this opportunity to reaffirm our support for the Indian initiative on adopting a comprehensive conference on counter-terrorism.
