NEW DELHI: The new housing scheme of the DDA launched on Saturday with 1,354 floors On sale, the most expensive are worth Rs 2.14 crore in the high-income group category. A maximum number of apartments, 757, have been offered in the MIG category, the official said.
The scheme is completely online, performed through the recently developed AWAAS software of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) from the processing of the application to the possession of the flats, said a senior official.
The plan was virtually launched by the vice president of the DDA, Anurag Jain.
Under the scheme, more than 1,350 apartments are offered for various categories in locations such as Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini, they said.
In the HIG, LIG and EWS / Janta categories, the number of flats on offer is 254, 52 and 291 respectively, according to the information shared in the scheme brochure.
HIG floors are available in 3 BHK and 2 BHK categories; while MIGs are in category 2 BHK.
In HIG’s 3 BHK category, 215 flats are offered in Jasola, Pocket 9B in the price range of Rs 1.97 cr to 2.14 cr, the brochure said.
In the same category, 13 flats are offered in Vasant Kunj in the price range of Rs 1.43 cr to Rs 1.72 cr, he said.
MIG’s flats are located in Dwarka, Vasant Kunj and Rohini, while EWS’s are in Mangalagiri, authorities said.
The plan was recently approved during an online meeting of the authority, the highest decision-making body of the DDA, chaired by the deputy governor and chairman of the DDA of Delhi. Anil Baijal.
Applications under the scheme can be submitted until February 16, the DDA said.
The applicant will have to visit DDA only for the purpose of the deed of execution.
Eligible recipients can benefit from the credit-linked grant scheme PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) – Housing for All (Urban), said the DDA.
Since a series of concessions are being offered in the EWS category, the successful bidders in this category will not be able to sell or transfer or assign possession of the apartment in any way for a period of five years from the delivery of possession. , He said.
The latest DDA Housing Plan was launched in March 2019, offering nearly 18,000 flats in four categories: 488 (HIG), 1,555 (MIG), 8,383 (LIG), and 7,496 (EWS).
