There were six shepherds with their livestock and they were also carried away by a flash flood. Rishiganga meets Dhauli Ganga near Raini. So Dhauli Ganga was also flooded. Five and six houses in the village were also razed. There was an NTPC project on the Dhauli Ganga river near Tapovan. The whole project was completely devastated. Two Jhulla bridges connecting villages on the other side of the river were also razed, ”said an ITBP official.
