TV actor Shikha Singh and pilot husband Karan Shah are expecting their first child. He shared the happy news in a fun Instagram post.
Sharing two photos, Karan joked that his dog is unhappy with the fact that his peace will be “ruined” by the new addition to the family. “We: Yayyy. Goku: Nooooo, peace will be ruined mannn! What did you do? ”, Said his legend.
Congratulatory messages came from various television stars, including Shabir Ahluwalia, Sriti Jha and Priyanka Kalantri. Fans also wished for the couple. “Congratulations. I wish you a safe delivery,” wrote one Instagram user. “God bless you both abundantly,” commented another.
In an interview with The Times of India, Shikha said that her baby should be born in June. “When Karan and I planned to follow the path of the family, no one thought that the coronavirus would come upon us. I had informed the production house that I would be taking a break due to my pregnancy around April, and the production house accepted that as well, but now with Covid-19, I have had a break since March. My husband is a pilot and, due to the confinement, he is at home, otherwise he would have been traveling, ”she said.
Shikha said her family had to fly to Mumbai to be with her during the delivery, but that is no longer possible due to the closure. “My mother and sister were going to join us from Haryana, but that will not be possible now. We are close to the hospital and the doctor’s clinic and they are giving us online classes on how to take care of ourselves during pregnancy,” she said.

Shikha will continue to take precautions and will remain in isolation for a few months after the baby is born. “After the baby is born, it will be complete isolation for us, so it will be another months before I can go back to work. With a baby around, I don’t think I can go out at all these days, “he said.
Shikha, who made her small-screen debut with Left Right Left, has acted in shows like Na Aana Is Des Laado, Sasural Simar Ka, and Laal Ishq. She was recently seen as the main antagonist in Kumkum Bhagya.
