“The culprit of the Ballabhgarh incident has been arrested. Strict measures will be taken against the culprit. No criminal will be saved, ”Khattar told the media in Hisar.

Nikita, a senior business student, was killed Monday afternoon just outside her university in Faridabad’s Ballabhgarh, where she had gone for an exam.

CCTV footage from a camera outside the university showed Tauseef and his friend Rehan trying to force her into his car, and when she resisted, the former shot her point-blank.

According to ACP Ballabgarh Jaiveer Rathi, both Touseef and Rehan were waiting in the car for him to leave the university premises. After the shooting, they both fled the scene, while the 21-year-old succumbed to her injuries.
