Kartik Aaryan has been entertaining fans via social media during the blockade, however one of his posts has led to massive trouble. Over the weekend, Kartik posted a video of him eating a poorly done roti and jokingly punishing his sister for it, he had captioned the post, “Without Compromising Quality.” After facing a backlash on social media, Kartik appears to have removed the post.

Previously, Kartik was applauded for his monologue video in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak. The actor wrote down his thoughts and recorded the clip which also received praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Kartik has also been recording a “Koki Puchega” series in which he interacts with coronavirus warriors: doctors, nurses, police, and survivors.

Kartik Aaryan also provided support to the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief Fund for Emergency Situations (PM-CARES). He promised to donate Rs 1 crore for Covid-19 relief. “It is the absolute necessity of time to rise together as a nation. Whatever it is, the money you have earned, is only for the people of India; and for us I am contributing Rs. 1 crore for the PM-CARES Fund.
