Mumbai Police To Investigate Kangana’s Drug Links
In the latest development, sources informed Republic TV that Mumbai police will question drug ties against Kangana Ranaut after the Maharashtra government ordered an investigation into the matter. Mumbai Police will investigate allegations that Kangana indulged in drug use.

Kangana will continue to work from the ‘devastated’ office
Kangana Ranaut visited the office of her Manikarnika films production home on Thursday after BMC demolished a part of her office on Wednesday as the actress headed to Mumbai from her hometown of Manali via Chandigarh. She took to her Twitter account and recalled the day she held her office opening ceremony and said she has not worked since when COVID struck and the nation was locked up shortly after. Kangana revealed that she intends to keep the office “devastated” as she cannot afford to renovate it. She said that she regards the ruins as a symbol of a woman’s will.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale meets with Kangana

Kangana versus Sena: HP Women’s Commission writes to NCW
Urging that the issue of the “harassment” of actor Kangana Ranaut be brought to the appropriate authorities, the Himachal Pradesh Women’s Commission wrote to the national women’s panel on Thursday. The confrontation between Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena continues as support arrives for the Actor queen BMC’s brazen act of demolishing a portion of its Manikarnika Films office on Pali Hill in Banda on Wednesday. The ‘hasty conduct’ of the BMC led by Shiv Sena has come under severe criticism from many, including MVA ally and PNC supreme Sharad Pawar. The Bombay High Court on Wednesday suspended the demolition of the Kangana office and ordered the BMC to respond by September 18.
Bombay HC postpones the matter
The Mumbai High Court, on Thursday, postponed its hearing to September 22 in the petition filed by Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut against the demolition of his property by BMC. The HC has ordered that the provisional suspension of the demolition, which was enforced on Wednesday, will continue until the next hearing. The court made up of Judges SJ Kathawalla and RI Chagla has ordered Kangana Ranaut to file his amended petition by September 14 and has asked the BMC to file a response by September 18.
BMC demolishes part of Kangana Ranaut’s office
On Tuesday, the BMC issued a ‘work stoppage notice’ to Kangana Ranaut under section 354 (A) of the Mumbai Municipal Corporations Act and has told the Bollywood actor to present a permit within 24 hours. However, BMC officials on Wednesday posted a new notice in his office stating that the structure will be demolished. They then broke the lock on the premises and partially demolished parts of the building before Ranaut’s attorney moved the HC, giving him temporary relief from the demolition process. Meanwhile, sources report that the BMC has moved a civil court seeking permission to dismantle actress Kangana Ranaut’s residence in Khar.
