Kangana Ranaut applauds Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray; says she is “overwhelmed by this outright bullying” | Hindi Movie News

The war of words between Kangana Ranaut and Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray continues. The actress responded to CM for her veiled mockery during a speech at a political rally.

Although he didn’t particularly name the actress, people began to connect the dots when he said, “Someone said Mumbai is like PoK … they come to Mumbai for work and then they smear the city. This amounts to namak harami.”

Kangana, who did not make fun of him while lying down, responded to the CM by calling his speech an act of “outright intimidation.”

She said in a tweet: “I am overwhelmed by this outright intimidation by a working CM.”

During his speech in Dussehra, Thackeray also spoke about the alleged drug trafficking in the city of Mumbai, adding: “A narrative has been painted to show that the entire city and state is a haven for drugs. Everyone here is addicted to drugs. Any attempt to defame Mumbai and the state will be dealt with strictly. ”

Apparently he also mocked Kangana’s home state of Himachal Pradesh when he said: “They don’t know that we grow tulsi in our home, not ganja. The marijuana fields are in your state, you know where, not in our Maharashtra. ”

Responding to the remarks, Kangana said the CM was “misinformed” and criticized him for participating in “little fights”.

“Chief Minister, you are a very mean person, Himachal is called Dev Bhumi, it has the maximum number of temples and not a zero crime rate, yes, it has a very fertile land, it grows apples, kiwis, pomegranates, strawberries, you can grow anything here … cont (sic), ”Kangana said in a series of tweets.

She said goodbye with a warning to the CM, saying: “How the beauty of the Himalayas belongs to every Indian, the opportunities that Mumbai offers also belong to each of us, they are both my homes, Uddhav Thackeray don’t dare take away our democratic rights and divide us. ”
