Juventus have been drawn against Barcelona for the group stage of the Champions League, but they will be grateful not to be in the group of death.
It seems that the most difficult group will be Group H, with Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, RB Leipzig and Istanbul Basaksehir.
The next most open group appears to be Group A or B, with European champions Bayern set to face Atlético de Madrid, RB Salzburg and Lokomotiv Moscow, while Inter Milan will have to overtake Real Madrid, Shakhtar Donetsk and Borussia. Monchengladbach.
All eyes will be on Group G for different reasons. Juventus may be happy with their draw despite having to travel to Camp Nou, but I would be very surprised if we didn’t actually win our group.
Cristiano Ronaldo will undoubtedly seek to reassert his dominance over his rival once again, but could the Catalan giants pose a challenge to us this season?
