Telecommunications giant Reliance Jio has announced new postpaid plus plans for postpaid users in India. The idea behind postpaid services plus is to improve the subscriber experience by providing value-added services.
Starting at Rs 399, some of the key features a postpaid plus user will get is a free subscription to streaming apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney + Hotstar along with Jio apps with live channels and more. This is included in the category entertainment plus, now there is another category called Family Plus. Under this plan, users can get a family plan for the whole family by simply paying Rs 250 per connection, data transfer options up to 500GB, and Wi-Fi calling in India and on board. Likewise, various services are offered in the international and experience plus categories.
Speaking about the new Postpaid Plus services, Akash Ambani, Director of Jio, said in a statement: “There could not be a more opportune time to introduce JioPostpaid Plus. Having earned the trust of nearly 400 million satisfied customers in the prepaid smartphone category, we want to extend our obsession with customers to the postpaid category. JioPostpaid Plus has been intricately designed with the needs of each postpaid customer in mind. “
“It represents the need for high-quality, reliable connectivity, unlimited premium entertainment, affordable and continuous international roaming, cutting-edge innovative features and, most importantly, the customer experience. We have tried to design a gold standard service experience and hope that all postpaid users in India will take full advantage of it, ”he added.
There are currently five postpaid rate plans including Rs 399, Rs 599, Rs 799, Rs 999, and Rs 1499. So if you are not a Jio Postpaid user, here is what you can do to get a new postpaid connection plus : –
– Call 1800 88 99 88 99) to get your postpaid simulator plus delivered or just visit your nearby Jio store to get the new sim.
– Once you get the SIM you can unlock your credit limit with a 100 refundable deposit, if you have any.
– Link the numbers of your friends or family to your PostPaid plus family plan in the MyJio app.
