The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to declare the April / September 2020 result of JEE Mains on Friday, September 11. Candidates who pass the JEE Main will be eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. The registration process for JEE Advanced will begin on September 12 at jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced is a gateway to the IIT and NIT of India.

According to the latest National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 report, IIT Madras has secured the top position among all Indian engineering institutions. The NIRF 2020 report was released in June this year, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay ranked second and third, respectively.
