Former Sushant Singh Rajput talent manager Jaya Saha, who is being questioned by the Office of Narcotics Control about her connection to the alleged drug nexus in Bollywood, has allegedly implicated more names, ANI reported. Previously, actors Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh were summoned by the OCN for questioning.
Jaya has reportedly named four male stars, who will be investigated by the NCB tomorrow. Jaya has been interrogated for several hours over three days. It was reported that during her questioning, the name of producer Madhu Mantena appeared. Madhu appeared for questioning on Wednesday.
Times Now reports that Jaya has now named at least more ‘A-listers’. A crackdown is expected to take place on Thursday, on the basis of which subpoenas could be sent. One of them, a particularly successful actor, says the channel, will be summoned within the week.
The drugs angle in the case of Sushant’s death was discovered by the Directorate of Enforcement in their investigation of the financial activities of his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. The Office of Narcotics Control in its investigation uncovered larger links to Bollywood and now, several other celebrities have gone unnoticed.
