Telangana ICT and City Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao lashed out Tuesday at BJP Telangana Chairman and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar for his comment of “surgical strike in Hyderabad old city”.

Rao said while addressing a public meeting here.
Telangana leader Rashtriya Samiti (TRS) said that people here must understand that people of different faiths live together for many years.
Earlier Tuesday, Telangana BJP Chairman Kumar said that TRS and AIMIM were trying to win GHMC polls with Rohingya, Pakistani and Afghan voters.
“GHMC polls must be conducted without illegal voters from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Rohingyas. We will carry out a surgical strike in the old city once we win the polls, ”Kumar said in a speech while campaigning for the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) polls in Hyderabad.
Elections for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will be held on December 1 and the results will be declared on December 4.
